Handmade goats cheese gnocchi pan-fried with brown macadamia nut      
butter and seated on a baby spinach and caramelised black cherry salad.

Thinly sliced venison seated on rock salted beetroot with a creamy      
horseradish bavarois and a small parmesan, rocket and red onion salad      
      
SNAPPER CERVICHE       $18.00
Lime marinated snapper tossed with coconut cream, chilli and ginger      
then served with a spicy gazpacho shot and a crispy fried mexican wafer.

Asparagus, prosciutto and ricotta baked into a crunchy pastry then      
finished with pan burst tomatoes and a pomegranate and balsamic syrup.

Tiny chicken and spicy bean burritos grilled with spanish manchego       
cheese then seated on a blackened corn, red pepper, avocado and      
green bean salsa with jalapeño creme fraiche.

Panko crumbed prawn cutlets served hot and crunchy with a spicy       
green mango and chilli jam and a chilled cucumber, bean shoot
