eggplant baba ghanoush and minted creme fraiche.

Roasted duck breast seated on an almond, saffron, date and celery        
couscous then finished with a zesty mandarin syrup.       
       
PORK BELLY        $28.00
Pork belly marinated with tamarind, ginger and soy then set upon wasabi       
buttered asian slaw and sticky japanese rice.

Sweet chicken curry made with thai spices, coconut cream and fresh        
coriander, set upon basmati rice  with fruit chutney and a crunchy poppadom.

Oven baked chicken schnitzel layered with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil       
then wrapped in prosciutto and seated on peppered salami, black olive and       
pumpkin orrrichette with a warm vine tomato dressing.
