CHINESE BARBEQUE BEEF        
Thinly sliced Chinese barbeque beef set upon crispy rice noodle cake with cucumber, red        
pepper, sesame slaw and ginger hoisin sauce.        
        
CRAB, PRAWN AND FENNEL RISOTTO        
Fragrant prawn and fennel risotto, finished with herbed crème fraiche and crunchy         
crab crumble.        
        
PULLED PORK ENDHILADA        
Slow cooked Mexican spiced pork folded in a soft flour tortilla with a black bean,        
jalapeno corn and red pepper salsa, finished with lime splashed guacamole.        
        
        
    Mains    
        
FISH FILLET        
Pan fried fresh fish fillet seated on a minted zucchini, orzo, green pea and pan fried         
haloumi salad, finished with a bell pepper relish.        
        
CHICKEN BREAST        
Pancetta wrapped chicken breast set upon a goats curd, honey roasted kumara,         
baby beet and cabanossi salad.        
        
EYE FILLET         
Prime eye fillet seated on a spanish chorizo, new potato, mushroom, spinach        
and sweet red onion saute, finished with roast vine tomato and wholegrain        
mustard hollandaise.        
        
        
        
        
DESSERT        
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE        
Dark chocolate mousse cake served with three berry compote and fresh cream.        
        
LEMON AND LIME BRULEE        
Zesty lemon and lime brulee partnered with caramelised orange and little sugar cookies.        
        
BANOFFEE CHEESECAKE        
Banana cheesecake baked into a malted biscuit crust, served with thick caramel and
