RUSTIC PLATTER
Our own cafe style bread baked with olive oil, rock salt and herbs then
partnered with a selection of our homemade pestos.
PROSCIUTTO, ASPARAGUS AND HALOUMI SALAD
Prosciutto wrapped haloumi cheese, oven baked set upon a citrus buttered
asparagus, vine tomato and red onion salad, finished with a balsamic and
honey splash.
SALT AND PEPPER SQUID
Crispy fried salt and pepper squid partnered with a creamy roast garlic and
anchovy aioli and a crunchy summer vegetable slaw.
Mains
HAPUKA FILLET
Hapuka fillet oven baked with ginger, soy, kaffir lime and coriander sauce
set upon an udon noodle and asian green stir-fry with prawn dumplings.
EYE FILLET
Premium eye fillet topped with grilled buffalo mozzarella vine tomato,
black olive, caper berry and new potato saute, finished with rocket
and macadamia nut pesto.
THAI CHICKEN CURRY - A FAVOURITE
Sweet chicken curry made with thai spices, coconut cream and fresh
coriander, set upon basmati rice with fruit chutney and a crunchy poppadom.

DARK CHOCOLATE TART $10.00
Oven baked dark chocolate tart served warm with a blood orange sorbet.
STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA SHORTCAKE CHEESECAKE
Vanilla custard cheesecake baked into a shortcake crust topped with
a sticky strawberry compote.
